Two clinic locations/spaces to Share or sublease for clinical practice/consultation. Both are ready made spaces for practice, just move in and start practicing. Both are brand new upscale locations, medical grade construction with all the amenities necessary for today’s clinical practice.
Location 1 (Dunwoody Atlanta)
The clinic is located at Dunwoody/Atlanta across perimeter mall. Location is ideal for any kind of physician (Primary Care or for consultation of any kind of specialty). I would like to share the space with someone to develop his or her own practice or consultancy. I use this space only on Wednesdays and it is available for rest of the 4 days/week. It has everything, High speed internet, computers, 2 phone lines, printers, fax, weighing scale etc. Just move in and start your practice/consultation.
Location 2 (McDonough GA - Near Henry Medical Center)
The clinic is located at McDonough GA, 15-20 minutes south of Atlanta Airport. I practice at this location full time as pain management specialist. It is a huge space (6400 sq. ft). I have one extra waiting room with separate entrance, plasma TV in waiting room with Dish Network, attached to a separate Admin area, several exam rooms, office room, one big conference room with full audio visual support which we can share and kitchen. I also have a procedure room with Digital Fluoroscope, three Leeds Radiofrequency Machine, fully equipped with conscious sedation monitoring and crash cart. We have T1 high speed line, extra phone lines are also available. Location is ideal for someone who wants to start a satellite location for his/her consultation of any kind of specialty.
